Appearance Standing at about 5'4, Carla has long green-blue hair with green eyes to match, though when her emotions change, her eyes do as well, becoming more blue then green. She has on the typical red plaid skirt, with a black jacket buckling up in the front. Being in class two, she wears a greenish cape, with tall boots to complete the outfit. She normally wears a smile on her face.
Personality: Carla is a fiery young woman. She won't back down from a challenge, instead rising to it. Normally she's nice and happy, with a smile on her face, however if angered, her temper can flair up quite easily, though she tries hard to control it. Usually only when provoked for an extended period of time will she lose her temper. She has her opinions and isn't ashamed to speak them, sometimes lacking tact, however she almost always means well with what she says and points out to people. But of course its easy to crush egos that way. Normally happy and personable, Carla doesn't exactly love class Zero and is generally colder to them.
Though friendly, Carla is somewhat of a con artist, with her merchant business, she likes to rip people off, though she does this more with class Zero then the other students. She also appears to up on what is happening not only in Rubrum, but all over the world, selling her information, which can vary from from Intel on the enemy to minute things like
A very serious student, Carla studies diligently and always is a favorite of the teachers because of her efforts. Excelling with her weapon, she works hard and trains just as hard, in her own mind, wanting to pass up Nine. It isn't a conscious effort, but it happens none the less. Though class Zero isn't her favorite, she appreciates how skilled Nine is in his field. Very Determined, Carla tries her hardest at everything, be it fighting or conning someone into buying something. Its not easy to get her upset or lose her temper, but when she does get upset, beware of her wrath. She has no qualms about speaking her mind, and if she's mad at you she wont hold back from telling you.
Carla has a sarcastic side and if you're being stupid, she will make a remark, usually followed up by a smile so you cant tell if she's being nice or just dissed you, however she's usually kind, and is well liked by other students, and never talks back to teachers. She has a large amount of patience, as she has to have to coax information out of people, and can deal with just about anything if she gets information out of the deal. She keeps her eyes and ears open, and seems to know more about whats going on then just about anyone, be it unimportant matters or crucial ones. If something is going on, Carla is a good one to ask about it, as she's always figuring out things, however generally the information will cost you something, as she doesn't just spread things around for the sake of talking.
A sassy 'go getter', Carla will try anything once, and never turns down a dare. Like Cater she enjoys pulling pranks on people, and finds it easy to come up with stories on the spot, making her somewhat of a slippery character, though she rarely uses the ability, and is almost always honest. All the pranks she pulls are in good fun and she means nothing malicious when she does them. Simply mischievous, Carla is usually up to something, either in her head coming up with something or actually going through with her plans. All in all however, she's friendly and outgoing, just a bit secretive and very knowledgeable.
History: Carla grew up like any normal child in Oriens, in the nation of Rubrum. Liked by most, she grew up with this skill of acquiring items and information. From the time she was able to walk and talk, she was getting things and trading with her friends for other things. Carla had always had the knack of taking a quarter and turning it into a dollar, and usually came out with the better deal. Perhaps because she could talk it up, or because she knew just what to say and how to say it to get people to fall for buying or trading for what she wanted. Of course, it had all started out on things like cookies or dolls.
And then she was accepted into Rubrum's Magic Academy, Peristylium Suzaku. When she joined, Carla quickly figured out she had another knack for a lance, and was put into class two, focusing on the aspects of a dragoon. She does well, and has excelled, but still remains in class Two, not being picked to be one of the esteemed members of class Zero. Perhaps that is one reason why she dislikes them. Carla has it in her head that they think themselves special and higher then the others, and she didn't like it. They all had vital roles, why should they be elevated above others? At any rate, due to her past and her skills in that area, on the side, Carla became a merchant and sells her items and information, all for a certain price. To those in Class Zero however, the price is outrageous.
The war that happened is all but a memory, and she is unsure if it was ever real or not, however she gets fuzzy glimpses of things she couldn't explain. However, since life seemed to go on as normal, Carla doesn't worry, and simply lets things be. She studies hard, trains harder, and digs up information harder still. If she cannot remember exactly, does it really matter? Except that to her, information was very worthwhile, and so she digs around as much as she can, hoping to unlock the pieces of these fuzzy memories. Nothing more then a glimpse....
Abilities: Mischievous Drop: Carla will sneak up on an enemy in this move. Using stealth to her advantage, she will jump high in the air before dropping down on her enemy, giving them no chance to respond to her lance.
Fiery Vengeance: In this attack, Carla will jump up and slam down into the ground, creating a small attack where fire is casted and spreads out from around her. Due to not controlling magic as well as she could, the attack doesn't kill, but will harm and stun long enough to finish her enemy.

Role Play Sample: Carla drummed her fingers against the table and stared at the homework in front of her. She knew she should be doing her homework, but something else was forcing her brain to go in a completely opposite direction. Priceless information needed to be shared! But as always, it needed to be shared with a price. With the pencil in her hand, she rested her elbows on the desk in the library and leaned forward until she was staring intently at the dark coloring of the wood. She had the information, now who to sell it too? Of course a member of class Zero. She could charge a ridiculous price and they seemed to always pay her. Class Zero wasn't her favorite class...but hey, you did what you could when you had information that they wanted. The gil was nice, no denying that. It wasn't like she hated them or anything, just didn't like them so much as the other classes. No one reason though, and she couldn't place a finger on it.
With a yawn, she shrugged, closed her book, picked it up and made her way out and toward her dorm. So she could sell the information to class Zero, but which member might pay the most? Chewing on her pencil, she narrowed her eyes and 'hmmm'ed' for a few seconds aloud. Perhaps Nine, or Jack. She might get the biggest response out of them, and with a response, came an easier time of getting them to agree to her terms. Not that she had any idea what that was all about. Rip people off? Psh, who did that? Certainly not her! No way....okay maybe a little? Not that bad though. She'd thought 500 gil for the last bit of information completely reasonable. Then again, she had thought him completely ridiculous for actually buying it. But it wasn't her loss, so she didn't lose sleep over it. What did she lose sleep over? The war.
Okay, so maybe she did feel a BIT bad about conning class Zero, they did die for them after all. After they'd been brought back to life she had to admit that she liked them more then she had before. Pausing when she got to her dorm, Carla opened her door to put down the books she had been studying before. Had to be a good student! The teachers did love her after all. She couldn't just not study, but this new information! Setting the books down, she leaned over and tugged at her boots, making sure they were up where they were supposed to be. Nodding in satisfaction, she ran out of her dorm, adjusting her cape and brushing her hand through her green-blue hair, ready to take on the world one piece of info at a time!
Then again...did she want to have class Zero buy her info? Or did she want to do that prank she'd been meaning to do and go tell Quan she'd found the ultimate magic he'd been looking for? She had a few spells up her sleeve. Could she pass off Fira as the ultimate magic? Probably! Imagine his face. With a little smirk on her own, Carla decided that was what she wanted to do for the day. Flipping her hair behind her shoulder, she took off for where she thought Quon might be. Okay names for this 'ultimate magic' she had. Immediately she thought of some sarcastic remark about it. "You'restupidaga." She smirked, but shook her head. "Ownedaga." Shaking her head, she thought some more, drumming her fingers against her cheekbone as she walked. She was going to have to make this very believable if she wanted Quon to believe her. This just might be her greatest feat yet if he did indeed fall for this! She'd have to go and brag to Naghi about it too. Bandanaman needed to be taken down a notch. He let that head of his get to him to much. She knew the perfect girl for the job too.
