Appearance Rem is young girl who stands at about 5'2", she is by no means tall but isn't considered to be too short for a girl her age. She is tiny but with a toned physique that allows her to be active in battle. Rem has shoulder length layered brown hair that is parted at the center of her head. Contrasting against her hair, Rem has deep scarlet red eyes. She wears the typical Class-Zero uniform with a short red cape on her back, her jacket sleeves and bottom of her skirt are lined with ruffles that add her own unique touch to her uniform.
Personality: Rem is a very honest and moral type of person, she doesn't like to hurt anyone's feelings but can be a bit blunt at times due to her honesty. It is in her nature to always do the right thing and be somewhat of a 'goody-goody' because she has such a heavy conscience and will feel guilty whenever something bad is done. Along with her moral views she is a terrible liar because of the fact that she believes honesty is the best policy, literally.
Aside from her honesty, moral, and goody way of viewing things, Rem is a pretty nice person though things tend to slip with just about anyone. She is blunt (as stated) and likes to keep her emotions locked up from people if she knows it's going to hurt them, really she is a peacemaker and likes to keep everyone happy, though you can't please everyone there are time that she will shy away from people and just try to release those emotions that had been stored for so long, just so she can do it all over again.
Rem likes to make friends with everyone and tries to be friendly, but when the stakes are high for herself or her friends, she gets into a colder mode where little words are spoken and the daggers come out. She sees no reason to make conversation with the enemy, just fight and be done with it, no need to try and distract yourself with random conversation rather than get a battle done quicker and safer for you.
History: Rem was born in the nation of Rubrum and grew up training through school with her friend Machina Kunagiri, the two became good friends and were even transfered together to the Rubrum magic academy, Peristylium Suzaku. Not much is known about life before the transfer to the magic academy, but rumor has it they were transfered to help with a new battle after the invasion of Rubrum. Being so talented with a pair of daggers, and even a hidden talent for magic, Rem decided it would be wise to help the academy to push back the armed forces from Byakko.
Though Rem isn't particularly happy about moving schools she does so graciously and without problems. Machina is there and she as a student now jumps right in the help with future plans. With other nations being conquered easily it looks as if Rubum is last to be taken over, but the academy has a plan, rather, Class Zero has a plan. Due to Rem's new transfer she has not been assigned a number yet in the class, but plans to help see their ideas through and help defeat the military of Byakko.
A plan called Operation Apostle is formed. This plan is supposed to defeat high military leader Cid and take back the crystals that he had stolen, and beat the milites forces. It is a risky plan for everyone, but Rem knows that for the greater good of herself, the nation, and her newfound friends, this is the only option they have to set things straight and restore peace among the nations once again. No one knows whether or not they will live to see the restoration of peace, but one can only hope.

Role Play Sample:
Transferring, that was not something Rem had exactly been looking forward to, not by the fact that she was going to get a whole new landscape of things, a new layout to memorize, it was more about the people she was bound to meet. She wasn’t too worried about teachers or professors here at this new academy, but the students, would they be nice and get along with her fairly well? Or was she going to be that one kid who got picked on because they were ‘the new kid on the block’? There was one bright side to all of this, at least she wasn’t being transferred alone! Machina was sent along with her, so at least there was one person she would know, and it just so happened to be one of her best friends too. It was funny how things worked out sometimes, whenever there was a pro, there was a con, and vice versa. This was one of those pro-con situations…everything seemed to balance themselves out in the end.
‘I…don’t want to transfer…’ Rem thought to herself as she sighed heavily, staring up at the academy she was going to be attending. Placing a hand on her hip and raising an eyebrow at the architecture of the building, Rem had decided it probably wouldn’t be as bad as she was making it out to be. At least with Machina there she wouldn’t have many troubles, and being the nice honest girl she was, it wouldn’t be hard to make friends quickly. It never really was for her, but then again, switching schools automatically made you a target for pranks and ridicule…well, lucky for Rem she was one tough girl who could handle a lot of crap thrown her way. Shaking her head, Rem ran a hand through her brown shoulder length hair before she adjusted her uniform to be absolutely perfect, from her skirt being straight without one wrinkle to her shoes being polished and shined without a scuff or scratch, she wanted to make an impression today…a good one.
Rem had almost started to become curious as to what she would see here, beyond the different students she was curious to what they could do, what types of abilities and weapons they could wield, now her, she had twin daggers for her weapons, they weren’t exactly small daggers either, almost like two small swords, but they worked wonders and with her flexible abilities you bet she could pack a punch with those babies. Along with her weapons, Rem had a hidden talent for magic. She knew all sorts of magic but never thought much of her abilities, she didn’t think of herself as all that special, but magic…those abilities…they sort of came naturally, a few shots of fire here, some blizzard there, it was just…like magic ran through her veins or something, not one problem with magic. “Maybe…this will be more fun than I’m thinking. I wonder if anyone here knows how to do basic magic?” She asked herself aloud as she smiled and chided herself not to get ahead of herself. Patience would have to play a key role these next few days before diving in and learning about everyone here.
The more she thought about it, the less scary it all seemed. With a smile on her face, Rem started looking around with her hands on her hips. She was looking for any sort of school personnel that could tell her exactly where to go, and then there was the mission, well not so much mission as it was a personal task, to find Machina and see how he was coping with the transfer. Knowing him it’d be nothing to worry about. With a sigh, no longer feeling as afraid or nervous as she once had, Rem let her arms slip to her sides before taking strides into the academy building, smile on her face as her arms swayed at her sides from walking. “Here we go…a new start, yes, that’s all it is. A new start.”
