“Thank you very much, I’ll be sure to pass the message along to Edge.” Rydia spoke towards a kind street vendor in regards to the well wishes that were being sent to both herself and Edge. With a small nod and a slight wave, the green haired summoner – as well as Queen of Eblan – continued trudging her way through the town still in view of the palace. Rydia had decided it was best to just get a bit of air, instead of being climbed all over by two smaller people that ran through the palace creating chaos and havoc wherever they went. Definitely Edge’s kids, that they were. Shaking her head slightly, Rydia continued her small stride along the streets, giving friendly nods here and there, a few waves and words of kindness towards the different approaching people that asked about how she was, how Edge was…and just the general stuff, that was it, nothing important.
With a few more steps, moving her way through the town, heading in a slow pace back to the palace, Rydia stopped abruptly to a white furball flying into her arms. “Kupoooo!” Blinking for a second and patting the moogle carefully, Rydia then released her arms and gave a bright smile to her still very faithful summon, watching him move around and almost seem panicky or relieved of stress…jittery might be a good word to describe Mog right now. “Are you okay, Mog? You look a few shades paler than normal, have you seen a ghost?” she said poking the belly of the moogle before he twitched and flailed his arms in protest to the ticklish poke. Rydia couldn’t help but smile wider and let a few laughs escape her lips as she crossed her arms over her chest, becoming a bit more serious as she continued to gaze at Mog, waiting to see what he was so riled up about. “They…they…don’t have any sense of what calm is, Kupo!”
They.
Rydia had a good idea as to who they were. She gave another shake of her head, a small almost relieved sigh escaping her lips as she was a bit relieved to hear that it wasn’t anything too bad. “Did they hug you too hard again?” she asked raising an eyebrow before the moogle nodded quickly to her question. They, being her children. “Well I’m sorry, Mog. It’s your own fault, being so cute, fluffy and all that stuff that children loooooove.” She poked him again before starting up her stride again, the moogle in tow behind her as he gave her a huff, but never being mad at his pal, his…former l’cie. “I’ll be sure to do what I can to make sure they don’t choke the life out of you.” She commented over her shoulder, still walking, the occasional nod and wave still occurring as she felt it was time to head home, she’d had her little visit to the town below the palace, and besides, for Mog’s own safety it was best to get home, right? Mog’s little antennae on top of his head started to glow, catching Rydia’s attention. “I feel something! Something is coming Kupo…and…I don’t know whether it’s good or bad, but it feels familiar, Rydia.” That was enough to cause the summoner to come to a complete halt…just on the outskirts of the marketplace within Eblan. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Words: 694 Muse: Good! Quite an old fashioned town this place was, surrounded by filthy humans who just deserved to die just because they existed. It looked even older than the Kingdom of Sand'Oria... and elvaans are quite reluctant to progress. The Ark Angel remained in the darkness with Ramuh while the other espers scanned the area from the sky looking for any sign of Hero. The crystal warrior, however, could get the familiar scent of one of his targets. This flowery, naive and very sweet smell that he once encountered in the middle of his travels... that one of the little summoner and her annoying moogle. Even though, Ark Angel was looking for his arc enemy, Rydia was one of the most wanted. Just because she was able to escape her doom and make fun of the apathy within the demonic being. She grinned to himself enjoyed about this finding as he stared at Ramuh, who quickly followed his gestures and realized what was going on. He then used the shadows for his own benefit following the smell of the sweet green apple haired girl. This moogle was not so dumb after all, when Ark Angel noticed that his antennae erected, he knew that the piece of hairball noted them. Ark Angel noted something curious, Rydia looked quite different, yet, she was the same stubborn girl who merely was just about to die... not so peacefully. Being detected... the crystal warrior proceeded to bid farewell to the dead. "Then fate smiles upon me, no one can fight destiny. Here we meet again, to celebrate your funeral" The ark angel sarcastically greeted the mage girl with a glow in his crimson eyes and an evil smile drawn to his face. Ramuh quickly launched a thunderbolt within the perimeter either scaring the civilians away or just killing them instantly. The angel then pulled out his Ark Sword and pointed it towards his target, still smiling to his good luck. Then a few guarding soldiers appeared in the scene, protecting the young girl wielding swords and shield that looked like pots and kitchen knives to him... humans always using whatever they get as a weapon. "I also brought some pawns into play" The angel said as his two Esper minions landed on their feet to fight the additional troublemakers. The ark angel stood ready.. for the hunt once again! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Count - 400 Muse - EVIL NExt - Rydia Note - RUN Joey Run RYdya RUN!

Looking at Mog with somewhat of a concerned look, Rydia moved her hands to her sides after moving a piece of her longer green hair from her face and tucked it behind her ear. Something familiar was coming? What could it have been? Turning, it was then Rydia was greeted with the sight of a familiar face, though it had been a very long time since she’d last seen this man, in the ruined city of Oerba on a world she didn’t know. There she had been much younger, still tied to her focus, but much like their last encounter…she at least had Mog? Good thing he had at least gotten her on the lookout. This time was going to be different. She wasn’t going to try and sneak away or flee, this was HER home, her territory and even with just him being here posed a threat to her people. If this got too out of hand, Rydia was sure to be seeing Edge shortly…but if she could wrap this up in a timely manner, there would be no need to disturb him, that was what she was aiming for.
“There will be no celebrations of death today, especially not mine.” She said with a determined look on her face as the shock of thunder magic seemed to scare off the entire city, even striking a few down in her sight. That brought a look of disbelief to her face before the summoner frowned and actually put on a look of anger towards the warrior she had once encountered and died at the hands of. “This is my land! You have no right to even set foot here, unless you want this to get ugly- “ she’d started before hearing the footsteps of guards moving their way to protect the Queen of Eblan. If anything happened to her, she, as well as anyone else around her knew well that there was a higher force in the kingdom that would be throwing a fit…even over the tiniest little injury. With guards standing in front of her, aiming their weapons towards the Ark Angel, Rydia knew well that this wouldn’t be enough to scare off someone, whether it was him or not. “I suggest you leave, now.” She warned, easing her way through the line of guards and keeping herself on the frontline. Not the smartest move for a Queen, but she wasn’t exactly helpless.
Watching the two summons – eidolons or espers, whatever you wanted to call them – approach herself and the soldiers, Rydia frowned even more than she had before, swirling one of her hands towards the summons. “Two can play at this game.” She said, using her other hand to try and shoo any remaining people away, even the guards behind her. “This is not your fight, please stand down, unless things turn in his favor.” She ordered and being who she was, her orders were followed, though hesitantly. A summoning glyph appeared on the ground, and out of it an eidolon shot out of the ground and into the sky, flying overhead before moving and crashing itself by its feet into the ground, standing at Rydia’s side and ready to defend her, there stood the mighty Bahamut, but she wasn’t done yet. An icy chill also filled the air as Shiva appeared at her other side. “I was all ready to fight one on one, but instead you choose to have your pawns fight for you. Not exactly what I like to call a warrior.” She antagonized slightly with a small smirk of amusement. Should Ark Angel call off his summons of sorts, Rydia would as well. After all…she could fight one on one without summons. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Words: 714 Muse: Amazing! This time, her eyes didn't looked frail or pitiful, they were bursted with futile courage. Ark Angel narrowed his eyes and frowned to the ridiculous reaction of the green haired corpse. She even dared to challenge and insult the mighty presence of the demon, to the extent, that he only desired to end her, revive her and end her once again.. over and over again. He wished to see her blood scattered across the streets of her own people, teaching this filthy humans that their race is as weak as a feather and that the future without them will be one of the bests futures ever imagined. He slowly raised his arm, with the ark sword pointing towards the mid-day sun, gleaming like a dark mirror. "Dare to intervene, I shall slay you myself. Did I made myself clear?" He spoke to both espers as they nodded and fled the area. The only one remaining was Ramuh to his side, just in case, Bahamut got out of control. The elder eidolon backed up, giving some space for the battle to take place. The Ark Angel then, with a smile, looked towards the Rydia expecting her to also command her ally to back up. "As you wished your majesty... He spoke with a sarcastic tone, mocking her position in this town. "Cross Reaver!!!"Without losing more time, Ark Angel crossed his swords in front of him and released two sonic waves that crushed the wind itself and left a trail on the ground towards Rydia. Seeing the weakling still standing to his sight, he smiled to the fact that this one was an easy pie to devour. The Ark Angel, full of the human race's apathy, is always overconfident, full of pride and selfishness... even though that his strength, it is also his most weak point. Ramuh, in the outskirts of the battle, watched carefully the start of the battle trying to convince himself that the power of the darkness that embeds this demon its righteous for him to stand by. One knows that on the evil side... there is no loyalty in the end... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Word: ~400 Next: Rydia Note: sHorty but goody... i have class!

This was going to be much easier…Rydia had a bit more experience on her hands than when she had first encountered this man, this…demon. She knew her magic much better, especially enhanced by the fact that she had formerly been a l’cie, sometimes the stinging of her brand was still there in the back of her mind, but it was long gone, weird, but a constant reminder of how she’d defied fate, it was different, but she was thankful for the chances she’d gotten in life, that being one of them. The insults she threw towards the Ark Angel were sure to cause him anger, and to call off his summons, and just as they fled the makeshift battlefield, Rydia gracefully flicked her wrist once as both summons faded away, waiting to be called upon once more. The only thing she had remaining was Mog, able to throw out advice or even help in should the time call for it.
This was purely a one on one fight.
With a small confident smirk on her lips, Rydia stood up straight, one hand on her hip as she waited, watching the attack Ark Angel was about to deliver. Bending her knees and blocking her face with her arms and sleeves, she was pushed backwards but never knocked down. She was no little girl anymore, she was an adult and definitely had something worth fighting for. She had a kingdom to help look after, she had a family to protect, and if that meant getting a few bumps and bruises here and there, then so be it. Anything she could do to protect those near and dear to her heart, she’d do. “Is that all you have?” she commented before pulling her whip from her waist, a weapon she didn’t really rely on all that much due to her use of summons and magic, but that didn’t mean she couldn’t fight with a weapon! Usually her tools of the battlefield included whips and staves, it was a good thing she’d actually had a weapon on her today…how nice, how well prepared was she?
“Perhaps you have mistaken me for someone weaker than you. I fear your assumptions to be wrong, might want to rethink yourself, sir.” She said as she raised her arm and twirled her whip around once, flicking her wrist and throwing her arm forward to have the end of the whip wrap around one of Ark Angel’s blades and have a good grip on it. Tugging a little on it, she scowled slightly, just wanting this to be over as quickly as possible. With a good grip on one of those two swords, she flung her other hand towards him, sending a cast of fira his way, aiming at him, and heading towards the ground should he avoid it or even some of it somehow. She was not setting the town aflame. She was simply…taking care of business. “Your disregard for the human life is pathetic. Grow a heart, I beg of you.” She said as she looked at a few sets of eyes that were peering out of shop windows, curious to as how Rydia was doing, how she was defending the town…it wasn’t something you saw every day. “Keep going, Kupo!” Mog encouraged from the ‘sidelines’ of the battlefield. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Words: 648 Muse: Good! After the dust cleared from the Cross Reaver attack, Ark Angel hoped to see the little twerp still standing so she can be slain like a pig... what she deserved. To his luck, the green sparkle of her dress showed the lovely figure of the girl still standing. To the surprise of the Angel, from the smokes that the swordskill lifted, a whip attack curled around the Ark Sword he praised so much in an attempt to disarm the enemy. The Ark Angel tried to employ Organics to cut off the whip an free himself from the bind he was put into. He raised his other sword and made a vertical slash that was successfully resisted by the weapon used by the cockroach. Ark Angel frowned in discontent as she saw Rydia brimming with a smile as she summoned cursing flames in her hand and launched them towards the demonic being. The Ark Angel found himself between the sword and the wall.... it was either letting go his beloved sword and spare the damage or taking the burning explosion. He, however, chose neither of those. Angel replied to Rydia with a screechy laugh of pleasure seeing that she was giving him quite a fight now and also trying some mockery. "Heart? Useless piece of junk no less fragile than your flesh. I dare not make this body rely on such a foolish thing, I hail from a superior creation!!"He then sheathed organics, placed two fingers in front of his lips and summoned his ninjutsu skills to avoid being hit by the stupid fire spell. "Suiton!" From the humid air that surrounded this filthy town, a water ball formed in front of the Ark Angel. When the fire ball was about to crash on the ground, the water ninjutsu drowned the fireball turning it into simple vapor. Enjoying the gestures on the summoner's face, he once again placed relied on his ninja skills to cast raiton upon the whip that connected both of them sending a thunder blast conducted by her own weapon. "Enjoy!" He said as he saw the electricity run across the weapon. He knew this battle was about to start and that things were getting more interesting here than he thought. For what Angel expected... this was marvelous! In the back, Ramuh reluctantly watched the magnificent battle. He was overjoyed and was rooting for no one. He only observed if the decision he made when the pact was forged with the Fal'Cie... was the right one in the end. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Count: 450 Next: Green Goblin Muse: EXCELLENT Notes: -5

This was nothing to be smiling about, but Rydia figured that so long as she showed confidence, she wouldn’t be considered some cowardly little child again, she wasn’t afraid- okay, so maybe on the inside she was a bit fearful of what was to come, but on the outside she needed to stay strong and determined. Which she was both of those, just playing the part. Fake it until you make it. No Ark Angel was going to cause any damage to anyone aside from her, she would gladly take any attacks he had to offer, so long as it meant he wouldn’t be harming the town, that was her priority right now. “You have no idea how wrong you are.” She spoke about the heart there. It was no weakness, it was fragile, but it held a will of its own. Obviously that could be seen, even to the Ark Angel if he understood her words just as she implied them. She was fighting from the heart, that’s what was making her strong, it wasn’t the skill she had, or the physical strength she had…it was that will to fight.
Smirking slightly as she had a grip around one of his blades, Rydia kept her grip firm on her whip, keeping the tension of her whip tight, it was a strong weapon, not easily cut like a piece of string, and that was seen, it’s what had brought the slight smirk to her face. “You have so much to learn.” She said, shaking her head with an exasperated sigh, still keeping her focus on what seemed to be a reoccurring enemy nowadays. Watching him defeat the fire spell with a water counter cast, Rydia felt only slightly fazed, though nothing all that impressive. Who didn’t know that water counteracted fire? Even a child mage could figure that one out, but of course, it was the attack that was being sent to her weapon, which was in her hand tightly and wound around at least a few coils, that way she didn’t lose grip, and that was what was going to hurt her. Her eyes showed very little as they widened only slightly, her eyes moving to the weapon, then back to Ark Angel as she tried to twist her hand away from her weapon, simply not finding enough time to unravel the whip.
Rydia did her best in a panic to conjure up a thunder attack of her own, at least enough to get it to her hands to absorb the electric shock, but that hadn’t happened in time either. She felt the shock run through her hand, up her arm and through her entire body, it was incredibly painful, but she’d gotten a bit of a spark out of her hand, able to cancel out the rest of the attack, leaving her a bit jittery, her right hand still intertwined with the whip was twitching slightly, this wasn’t playtime anymore. “Kupo-po!” Mog whined in the back after seeing such a….shocking attack – pun intended – but Rydia would be fine, just a bit…off for a short while. “If that’s how you want it.” She said before taking firm steps forward towards her opponent, pulling her weapon back and into her own control again, ready to simply crack it his way. If she could back him out to the outskirts of Eblan…towards the desert…then she could let holy hell be unleashed, wasn’t that exactly what he wanted? For her to fight as hard as she could then fail? So long as they were in town, she was on the defensive, not the offensive. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Words: 700 Muse: Good! Tagged: Ark Angel Wearing: Already linked. Shocked!!! In both meanings, the royal mage was left after she found herself unable to repel or divert the ninjutsu chanted by the Ark Angel. The demonic being felt as the grip on the whip was released from his weapon and he was able to recover his Ark Sword from the summoner's futile attempt. The Ark Angel recovered his stance as the dearly girl stood up and tried to mock him, pretending that she was no playing serious. If the by now, was not playing serious, then this battle was going to turn very interesting. The Ark Angel, with a lovely smile drawn to his face, proceeded to continue the pursuit and not give this lady any rest. Ark Angel quickly dashed forward, once again employing his ninjutsu skills to smartly play tricks on the trashy princess. As he moved, two mirrors of himself emerged from his body as perfect copies of the demon. Even though they were armed, they were like ghosts that served only to be destroyed instead of causing any harm. Thankfully, Rydia may not know about the Utsusemi Shadows and will act as if all of them were the real caster. With a grin on his face, he Ark Angel and his two shadows proceeded to corner the magician to her own doom. The crystal warrior used his weight to quickly sprint forwards and develop quite a momentum for a jump. Rydia, for some reason, was hesitant and kept a defense position. Ark Angel took this as the weakness of the heart she spoke about. Maybe the filthy human didn't wanted to cause a bigger destruction in the little town and just awaited for an opportunity he was not going to give, at any cost. The Ark Angel, along with his copies leaped in front of the her. With both swords ready to slay her fragile body. If she was to attack, she needed to employ a multiple target spell that she was not going to risk on using for the sake of the town. Meaning, there was only a 1/3 chance to land an attack on the real Ark Angel which possibly ready to repel or parry. "HAHAAHAahaha, time to feel how that courageous blood of yours taste!!! The trio of Angels said in a perfectly tuned choir. Given the chances... this was the end of the grand and reckless Queen and the town of useless junk. Rydia felt a bit…energized and a bit of pain as well. The thunder attack that had gotten her pretty dang good had certainly taken its toll. Leaving her a bit jittery and pain stricken. No amount of magic was going to take her down, whether she hurt or not, she was going to have to fight. There was no option to surrender, not on her own world. With a deep breath, trying to regain her focus, she looked to the Ark Angel, not planning on getting a break anytime soon, but the sooner she could get him at least out of the town, then the sooner this could be settled. Rydia wasn’t going to go all offensive on him while there were townsfolk to worry about, with more wide opens space, then she could be okay to unleash her full power, eidolons or not.
Standing there and watching the Ark Angel rush forward, the next attack did take her by surprise. Two…copies…what? Moving her right wrist around quickly as a bit of static still lingered there from the thunder attack, she moved herself into a defensive stance, wrapping the whip around her hand and wrist so she wouldn’t risk tripping on it, and that way when she decided to put out another attack, it’d be easy to do. Watching as the three Angels moved towards her, Rydia couldn’t help but take a step back, her mind racing as to figure out what to do. A large magical cast could easily point out which one was the real Ark Angel, but she had to think about the safety of the town, if she were to inflict a large fire attack, some buildings might take the toll, the same for any other large magic attack, so all and all her hands were tied. What was she to do?
Blinking and just waiting for whatever attack the three were going to inflict on her, Rydia heard the sound of an angry and defensive Kupo. As her respective eidolon from being a l’cie, the cute and very brave moogle couldn’t just sit back and watch Rydia get torn to bits and pieces. Mog rushed forward, floating in the air as he took his staff and gently bounced it against Rydia’s head. The moogle could easily find objects that were hidden, but with also came the ability to hide objects as well. It was great being a moogle wasn’t it? Rydia became nearly invisible to the naked eye, and even she was having a hard time adjusting. “Go Kupo!” the moogle whined and Rydia took this as her chance to slip away from being cornered, but with this she could take the short time away from sight to her advantage. Taking her whip and unraveling it a little bit, she moved quickly and quietly past the three, feeling the momentary invisibility wear off she was right behind the trio. “What are you waiting for?” she called loudly behind them before taking her few steps back and motioning for mog to follow her.
A wild goose chase…she could do it, something like cat and mouse was more like it. “You want to end me? You’re going to have to catch me first.” She advised before fully turning herself around and making a break for it. If she was correct, then Ark Angel would make the effort to take her down, after all…she was merely a thorn in his side now, right? A pest to be removed… ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Words: 676 Muse: Good Tagged: Ark Angel Wearing: Already linked. Listening To: Stuffs. He could taste her blood, feel her desperation and smell her fear. The Ark Angel and his three Utsusemi shadows were coming downward ready to slice that pretty head of Rydia and place it in the middle of the plaza as an exhibition of his absolute victory... This would have been served, if it not were for the stupid piece of plush that intervened in battle even though Rydia honored a one to one duel. The little runt faded the summoner turning her into an invisible being, Ark Angel missed his finishing attack along with his shadow. The trio, looked around for the missing princess until her filthy body was revealed to his eye. The girl, beaming with a smile, ran away from the battle scene towards the exit of the city, on his behalf, the Ark Angel and his three copies smiled and eagerly followed her. The Angel bypassed Ramuh's position while whispering to his avatar. "All yours..." The Angel said while rushing towards the city gates. "As you wish... he will not be interfere anymore." Ramuh replied while waving his dark rod unleashing thunderous noises that revealed into a static lightning ring that surrounded the idiotic moogle. "Shock Squall!" Ramuh declared as the electric ring stunned the magical plush from following Rydia bounding him and keeping him from further interference in the battle. The Ark Angel smiled satisfied with his avatar friend and proceeded to continue his pursuit. "A princess that could not keep her word... I could not expect less from a human. Your filthy actions just speaks for itself and your honor. I can't allow a pitiful, unfaithful being like you to rule over others. Shall I do the honors and execute a liar like you? Then shall be it!!! Mighty Strykes!!!!!" A red aura covered both Ark Sword and Organics, freeing a stench of blood and corpses that no one could digest. Now in a more opened area, Angel's shadows started to surround and corner the pretty little liar. Now with nobody to save her, that live she holds is about to be taken away by the justice the Angel will bring in with his sword. Grinning to his prey, the Ark Angel decided to act careful since now that they are in an opening area, the mage will not hesitate to rely on powerful spells. "Now... shall we get serious before I hereby punish your sins?" He said mocking Rydia while trying to bring a chaos sensation to the scenario. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Count: 450 Next: Cheater Muse: KILL

Dragging the fight to somewhere more remote? That was Rydia’s intention, and she had no knowledge of Mog interfering like that, not that she wasn’t thankful for being able to keep her head or anything, all she could really focus on was trailing towards the outskirts of town, towards the desert. There would be nothing there that could ultimately feel the wrath of anything either of them had to toss at one another. All it was out here was sand dune after sand dune, Rydia was comfortable throwing her magic around in such a place. She turned her head just to gaze over her shoulder, to make sure the Ark Angel was following her, but her eyes saw the sight of Mog being held behind. Tiny sounding kupos reached her ears, but she knew there was no turning back, Mog would be fine and could easily get away should he need to, all Rydia needed to focus on now was a fair one on one battle, no eidolons…no moogles.
The words of her opponent didn’t seem to faze Rydia, she just had to remain determined enough not to try and battle with words, but rather, to battle with actions. After all, you know what they say, actions do speak louder than words. With a huff of response, nearly amused with him, Rydia lengthened her stride until she felt sand below her boots, it meant that her goal was being accomplished, and from out here she could definitely raise some hell. As she ran, she tried to keep a few good paces ahead of Ark Angel, feeling an attack getting ready to come to her. With shadows of sorts coming into her vision, moving around her general location, Rydia grit her teeth before turning and stopping her run abruptly, swirling her arm around once and casting tornado, to at least ward off the shadows for a few brief moments, her hair whipping around as she faced the Ark Angel, her feet firmly planted in the sand, she was definitely done kidding around, no matter if she didn’t use eidolons, she was going to win. She had the power of magic on her side, not to mention the few things she’d learned from Asura and Leviathan while in the Feymarch.
With a smirk, the black mage rolled her eyes. “Sure, why not.” She shrugged, not wasting any time at all as she threw her hand down, out and towards the Ark Angel while a violet strike of thunder attacks – Thundaga – rained down upon him, and she was not planning on giving him a moment to breathe. Though magical attacks tended to wear people down – Rydia included – she could obviously withstand many attacks before she actually got tired and needed a moment for her stamina to be able to withhold the attacks she wanted to perform. Moving her hand around again, she cast Bio towards her opponent, ready to steadily weaken him with that while thinking about the next move she was going to make. There was no need for such attacks like Flare or even Meteor right now…but should push come to shove…don’t think it wouldn’t ever cross her mind. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Words: 610 Muse: Great! The sun was bewildering in the hot sands that surrounded Eblan and its pile of rats. The green dwarf ran like a scared rabbit all the way out to an opening. He expected this since there was no way for her to employ her magical powers in such a constricted area without harming her own people. Oh... people... pooor stupid people! The Ark Angel grinned just thinking how weak a human could be, just because, they had a conscience and a heart that is just two pieces of junk. Thanks to the Lumorian, Ark Angel was made as a superior being, keeping all the good things about humans, thus, eliminating the crap out of them. Obviously, the pale faced demon was race made to rule over the weaker. Once there, Rydia seems to realize that Mog was bound to the magic powers of Dark Ramuh. The fluffy and useless pet could not interfere anymore with their battle, which Ark Angel appreciated. The magical mistress now started the real battle, Ark Angel could not stand any more mocking attacks that meant nothing. He wanted to clash swords with a real warrior, with someone up to his level and not a girl in distress that behaved because of a pile of pigs. The green haired girl started to chant for the power of magi as energy flowed around her. Ark Angel and his copies, stood almost like waiting for her to do something, after the three of them realized this was a major spell that will almost obliterate them. The clouds formed out of nowhere, dark as an obsidian shard and full of tenebrous vibe. Wind started to blow stronger with a droplets of water that crashed on the angel's cheek. The hume demon saw high and powerful energy merging into the sky releasing a gruesome roar that not even a dragon could growl. Electric energy blasted from the clouds forming a huge electrical storm in the area. Ark Angel's shadows faded away with the shocking impact while he, with no other option, stabbed the ground with his Ark Sword using it as a lightning rod. He felt his thick skin almost burning by the shocking impact of the thunders but at last he was able to contain the pain and most of the damage, however, Rydia conjured a biotic spell that Ark Angel could not avoid or it was going to be the end of his days.... again... After the thunderstorm, Ark Angel started coughing while falling to his knees due to the intense venomous spell cast on him and the electrical shock. However, what Rydia didn't knew was the fact that there was a surprise for her, the second she realized what she was standing on. "Ugh... Ha HA... eek... well played you brat, but better watch out where you stand" Ark Angel said while holding one hand close to his lips with the posing as suiton. Ark Angel employed his water ninjutsu to liquify the ground they stood possibly trapping the little mage and binding her to a situation where she was unable to defend herself from a powerful version of Cross Reaver. :Enjoy... The angel added while releasing the sonic waved attack towards her. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Count 559

Rydia had gotten the Ark Angel outside of the city, there was nothing he could destroy aside from sand…and that was frankly okay with Rydia. With preparing herself for a more dangerous battle, a more straining one at that, she conjured up a powerful thunder attack before hitting the angel with a bio attack. Though it wasn’t physically opposing right then and there, it would weaken him enough to the point where Rydia really could kick his hind end from here to kingdom come. She knew not to stand around and observe her dandy work for too long though. Her mind was instantly racing as to what to do next, and that’s when she unleashed her whip again, watching him do something, but Rydia wasn’t sure what it was since he’d collapsed to his knees. It was then she felt herself start to sink. What…
So that’s what he was doing.
The sand beneath her feet had liquefied and started to pull her down, like quicksand. As it pulled her, one ankle in the sinking sand, she looked around and found nothing to grab onto for safety, so instead of finding an object, she then watched as the Ark Angel performed another attack, one she couldn’t easily get away from. At least she’d been pulled from the sand by the force of the cross reaver, but it’d hurt like a thousand knives. Landing on her back on the ground, whip out of her hand, Rydia winced a few times, rolling to her side and clutching her stomach and arms, a slight groan of discomfort escaping her lips as she closed her eyes tightly, finally getting herself to roll to her knees, still having her head down from the attack that’d really taken a big toll on her. She wasn’t going to let that take her down though, she had a will to fight, so long as it meant defending herself and those she cared about. If she let the Ark Angel win here…then there was no telling who he would target next.
Pressing her hands on the ground and lifting herself up back to her feet with a stumble backwards, Rydia felt a scowl form on her lips as she made a huff of a breath to blow some hair from her face, a short glance to her whip that was laying in the sand by her feet. There was no time to fiddle around with a weapon that wouldn’t prove to do any good right now. Upon taking a deep breath, the black mage took a step forward before twisting her hands around and conjuring up a flare spell. If there was anything beyond flare and meteor…it would be her mist dragon, if this didn’t work – not that she was doubting herself – then she’d have to call upon her summons as a last resort. “You…can’t take a hint…can you?” she mumbled out, still feeling pain from the attack she’d taken square on. This was going to be payback…ruthless and merciless payback. Hopefully it stuck, that was all she was asking for, she wanted the flare attack to bury him into the sand and make him experience as much pain as she had just felt from that cross reaver attack.
